Brazilian butt lift workout reviews11/19/2022 If you read my Brazil Butt Lift review that I posted the other day, you know that I have been doing many of the workouts with Melinda lately. Now that we have that out of the way, there are some great butt workouts for men out there, and the one that I have been doing lately is something that is targeted towards women, but can also be for men, and that’s Brazil Butt Lift. Yes, even us guys think about how to tone the tush, and I have enough pride in myself to actually admit it. This isn’t something that you will see me writing about too often, and is a little uncomfortable talking about butt workouts for men, but none-the-less there are some guys out there who want to know. These are some of these workouts are #hardAF, but the results are insane.Well, let’s first get this out of the way. If you want to see what I mean, try 6 Weeks of the Work, 21 Day Fix Extreme, A Little More Obsessed or Turbo Fire. Let me be very clear about the advanced programs on the Beachbody on Demand app - they are NO JOKE. My favorite intermediate programs are 80 Day Obsession (strength training), 30 Day Breakaway (running and strength training), 10 Rounds (kickboxing), Barre Blend, Morning Meltdown 100 (cardio and strength) and Lift4 (HIIT and strength training). The beginner Beachbody on Demand programs include Cize (hip hop dance), Brazilian Butt Lift, PiYo, 21 Day Fix and many more. The selection of workouts make it a great at-home fitness solution for beginners all the way to highly advanced exercisers. I absolutely love this platform and recommend it to all my clients, even women over 50. If you’re a fan of Autumn, you should also be aware that she’s coming out with a new program in December 2020, called 9 Week Control Freak and from what I’m hearing, it’s pretty freaking awesome. Now, to be fair, this workout was created over 11 years ago, which is why the marketing is dated, and yes, the Brazilian theme clearly reflects the bikini-clad culture of South America, but still.
